Service & Margins (Sunrise Flow Oy)
1. Who we are
The controller of personal data on this site is Sunrise Flow Oy, business ID 3161347-5, Helsinki, Finland, operating as Service & Margins. Contact for anything in this policy: hello@servicemargins.com.
2. What we collect and why
When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to write, including any figures you send us. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the person who contacted us, and steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
When you visit the site, the hosting platform records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you open, to deliver and secure the site.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months of the last exchange. If an engagement follows, correspondence is kept as long as the contract and Finnish accounting law require.
4. Who processes it for us
Tilda Publishing, which hosts the site, receives form submissions, keeps them in its CRM and counts page views without cookies.
HubSpot, where contact form submissions are stored as contacts.
Google, which provides our email (Google Workspace).
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU and EEA; where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Page views are counted by the hosting platform without cookies and without identifying you. Your browser keeps one technical note for the length of your visit, which is deleted when you close the tab. There is no advertising tracking and no Google Analytics.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to hello@servicemargins.com and we answer within one month. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman, tietosuoja.fi.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
